LEMON PEPPER FISH


Ingredients:
  • Fish Fillet 6
  • Lemon Juice ½ cup
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Brown bread slices 6-8
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive grow butter as required
  • White vinegar ½ cup
  • Chopped green chilies 3
Method:
  • Add in 6 tbsp vinegar in fish fillets and keep it for 5 minutes. Then wash it and add in lemon juice and salt. Grease the frying pan and cook the fish fillets till the water dries. Take it out in the bowl and add in ½ cup corn flour, 1 tbsp olive grow butter, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and some lemon juice. Grill it again and take it out once they are golden brown. Take 6-8 bran bread slices. Toast it and sprad olive grow butter on it. Keep fish fillets on it, sprinkle chopped green chilies and serve.
