Italian Style Mutton Liver


Ingredients
  • Mutton liver sliced ½ kg
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Celery stick chopped 1 – 2
  • Red grapes juice ½ cup
  • All spice powder ¼ tsp
  • Worchester sauce 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes boiled 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Method
  • Cut mutton liver into slices, marinate with salt and black pepper. Then coat with dry flour and shallow fry till golden brown.Now remove fried liver pieces and keep aside.Heat oil in a wok, add garlic paste and chopped onion. Fry till softened.Now add chopped celery stick, all spice powder, boiled chopped tomatoes, salt to taste, black pepper powder, Worchester sauce and red grapes juice. Cover and cook on low flame for 6 – 8 minutes.Now add mutton fried liver, cook on high flame till water dries. Dish it out and serve with boiled rice/pasta.
