Hari Phulki
Ingredients
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds a little
- Dry mango powder ½ tsp
- Green chilies 3
- Coriander & mint leaves as required
- Crushed cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Banking powder ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves & chilies for garnish
Method
- In a bowl mix together 1 cup gram flour, a little cumin seeds, salt to taste, baking powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves and make into thick batter with water as required.Now fry pakoray with the batter. Make green chutney by grinding mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilies.In a separate bowl beat yogurt very well. Add in crushed cumin seeds, dry mango powder, salt to taste and green chutney.Mix very well. Soaked fried pakoray into water for a few minutes. Then press well using your palm to squeeze out extra water.Now add to yogurt mixture and mix well.Dish it out, garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies.
