Garlic & Herb Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken breast 2
- Cream cheese 3 tbsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Thyme ½ tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red grapes juice ¼ cup
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
- Water ¼ cup
- Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Method
- Cut each chicken breast from center and open into book form.In a bowl mix together 3 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tsp brown sugar, ½ tsp thyme, ½ tsp oregano, salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper and 1 tbsp garlic paste.Also add in ¼ bunch of chopped parsley and mix very well.Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture. Fold it again.Now shallow fry chicken with a little oil till golden brown. Flip and fry the other side as well.Then add ¼ cup red grapes juice and ¼ cup water. Cover and cook on low flame for 15 – 20 minutes.Now turn the flame high and fry well till water dries.Remove chicken breast, cut into slices. Pour sauce on top. Serve with boiled rice.
