Fish nuggets
Ingredients
- Fish ½ kg boneless 2 inch cubes
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Mustard paste ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Milk 2 tbsp
Ingredients for batter
- Self raising flour 4 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Baking powder ¼ tsp
- Salt and white pepper ¼ tsp each
- Chilled water to make batter as required
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Marinate fish cubes with salt, pepper, mustard and lemon juice, dip in egg and milk mixture then in prepared batter, roll in crumbs and deep fry.
