CREAMY FRUIT DESSERT
Ingredients:
- Low fat yogurt 1 cup
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Vanilla Essence few drops
- Pears 2
- Pine apple 3-4 slices
- Apples 2
- Chopped walnuts ½ cup
Method:
- Take a bowl and add in 1 cup low fat yogurt, some cottage cheese, 1 tbsp brown sugar and few drops of vanilla essence. Mix everything well together. Chopped apples and pears and add it in the mixture. At the same time add in 3-4 pieces of pineapple. Add in ½ cup chopped walnuts, cool it and serve.
