Covered pizza
Ingredients for dough
- Flour 3 cups
- Egg 1
- Oil 6 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Luke warm milk ½ cup
- Water as required
- Milk for glazing
- Chicken tikka 1 shredded
- Mushrooms sliced 4
- Olives 4 sliced
- Capsicum 1 sliced
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
- Oregano leaves 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Method
- Pre heat oven to 200 degree C, sieve flour into a large bowl add egg, yogurt, milk, oil make into a soft dough, add water if required, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead well until smooth, divide the mixture in half, roll each half into a round, spread with pizza sauce, chicken, mushrooms, olives, capsicum and mozzarella cheese, cover with left over dough rolled into a round, brush top with milk, bake for 30 minutes on 200 degree C until golden.
