Col fillet burger


Ingredients
  • Chicken breast fillet 2
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp
  • Buns 2
  • Salad leaves 2
  • Cheese slices 2
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp mixed with 1 tbsp vinegar
Ingredients for batter
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
  • Egg half beaten
  • Cold water to make batter
Method
  • Marinate chicken with salt and pepper dip in prepared batter, shallow fry till crisp and golden, remove. Heat buns spread with butter and mayonnaise, cheese slice, put chicken fillet, top with salad leave, 1 tsp heaped mayonnaise sauce, cover with bun, serve with fries.
