Chili chicken hotdogs


Ingredients for chili chicken topping
  • Boneless breast 2 cut into tiny pieces
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Column II
  • Hotdog buns 4
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated ½ cup
  • Onion 2 sliced into rings
  • Capsicum 1 chopped in tiny cubes
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
Method
  • Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, chili sauce, soya sauce, chili garlic for 30 minutes, sprinkle dry flour on chicken pieces to coat, heat oil in a wok, fry chicken till crisp and light brown, slit the hot dogs buns into half length wise, toast slightly in 1tbsp oil, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, fry onion rings for 3 minutes, spread hotdogs buns with mustard paste, mix fried chicken with capsicum and ketchup, spread chicken on hotdog buns, top with onion rings, cover with remaining buns, pierce with a tooth pick, serve hot with fries and Cole Slo salad.
