Chicken Spaghetti Olio


Ingredients
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 3 – 4 cloves
  • Chicken breast (juliennes) 2
  • Boiled spaghetti ½ packet
  • Green olives chopped 10 – 12
  • Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
  • Parmesan cheese 50 gm
  • Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  • Fruit vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Tomato chopped 1
Method
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic sauté till golden brown.Now add sliced chicken breast and cook till its color turn to golden brown.Add ½ packet boiled spaghetti, ¼ bunch chopped parsley, salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper powder and 1 chopped tomato. Mix well for 1 – 2 minutes.Now add 1 tbsp fruit vinegar, 10 – 12 chopped olives and 4 tbsp fresh cream. Mix very well.Lastly sprinkle 50 gm parmesan cheese on top and serve hot.
