Chicken Penne Parmesan Cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken breast 2
- Penne pasta ½ packet
- Parmesan cheese 100 gm
- Mozzarella cheese 100 gm
- Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
- Capsicum chopped half
- Carrot chopped 1 piece
- Egg beaten 1
- Onion chopped 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper ground ½ tsp
Method
- Boil ¼ packet penne pasta and keep aside, cut each chicken breast into book form.In a bowl mix together 1 chopped onion, half capsicum chopped, 1 medium piece of chopped ginger, ¼ bunch of chopped parsley and 100 gm grated mozzarella cheese. Mix very well. Then add 1 beaten egg, a little salt and black pepper. Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture. wrap aluminum foil on it and cook in a steamer for 15 – 20 minutes.Now remove chicken from the steamer and keep aside.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add boiled pasta, a little salt, black pepper to taste, fresh cream, 100 gm parmesan cheese and mix very well.Remove pasta in a serving platter. Cut steamed chicken into slices and put on top of pasta. Serve hot.
