Chicken Penne Parmesan Cheese


Ingredients
  • Chicken breast 2
  • Penne pasta ½ packet
  • Parmesan cheese 100 gm
  • Mozzarella cheese 100 gm
  • Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
  • Capsicum chopped half
  • Carrot chopped 1 piece
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ground ½ tsp
Method
  • Boil ¼ packet penne pasta and keep aside, cut each chicken breast into book form.In a bowl mix together 1 chopped onion, half capsicum chopped, 1 medium piece of chopped ginger, ¼ bunch of chopped parsley and 100 gm grated mozzarella cheese. Mix very well. Then add 1 beaten egg, a little salt and black pepper. Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture. wrap aluminum foil on it and cook in a steamer for 15 – 20 minutes.Now remove chicken from the steamer and keep aside.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add boiled pasta, a little salt, black pepper to taste, fresh cream, 100 gm parmesan cheese and mix very well.Remove pasta in a serving platter. Cut steamed chicken into slices and put on top of pasta. Serve hot.
