Brownie mint Sundae squares


Ingredients for brownie
  • Butter melted 2/3 cup
  • Caster sugar 1 ½ cup
  • Flour 1 ½ cup
  • Milk 1 ½ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Walnuts ½ cup
  • Coco powder 4 tbsp
Ingredients for filling
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Pepper mint essence ½ tsp
  • Green color few drops
  • Fresh cream whipped 8 ounces
  • Chocolate chips ½ cup
Ingredients for fudge sauce
  • Chocolate ½ cup grated
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Condensed milk 4 tbsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Method for brownie
  • In a bowl combine Butter melted 2/3 cup, Caster sugar 1 ½ cup, Flour 1 ½ cup, Milk 1 ½ cup, Eggs 2, Vanilla essence 1 tsp, Baking powder ½ tsp, Walnuts ½ cup, Coco powder 4 tbsp, and beat for 3 minutes, spread in a rectangular Pyrex dish, greased. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes on 180 degree, remove and cool.
  • Ingredients for filling.In a large bowl combine condensed milk, color, fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips, pour evenly over brownie, cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
  • To serve.Lift brownies from pan, cut into squares, serve with hot fudge sauce, garnish with cream and walnuts.
  • Method for fudge sauce,Put altogether in a sauce pan cook until smooth and glossy.
