Brownie mint Sundae squares
Ingredients for brownie
- Butter melted 2/3 cup
- Caster sugar 1 ½ cup
- Flour 1 ½ cup
- Milk 1 ½ cup
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Walnuts ½ cup
- Coco powder 4 tbsp
Ingredients for filling
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Pepper mint essence ½ tsp
- Green color few drops
- Fresh cream whipped 8 ounces
- Chocolate chips ½ cup
- Chocolate ½ cup grated
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Condensed milk 4 tbsp
- Water 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- In a bowl combine Butter melted 2/3 cup, Caster sugar 1 ½ cup, Flour 1 ½ cup, Milk 1 ½ cup, Eggs 2, Vanilla essence 1 tsp, Baking powder ½ tsp, Walnuts ½ cup, Coco powder 4 tbsp, and beat for 3 minutes, spread in a rectangular Pyrex dish, greased. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes on 180 degree, remove and cool.
- Ingredients for filling.In a large bowl combine condensed milk, color, fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips, pour evenly over brownie, cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
- To serve.Lift brownies from pan, cut into squares, serve with hot fudge sauce, garnish with cream and walnuts.
- Method for fudge sauce,Put altogether in a sauce pan cook until smooth and glossy.
