Thai Peanut Chicken


Ingredients:
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • Soya sauce ½ cup
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Peanut (roasted & chopped) ½ cup
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) 3 tbsp
  • Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion 250 gm
  • Green chilies (chopped) 1
  • Pickled red chili 6
  • Boiled rice to serve
Method:
  • In a small bowl mix soya sauce, vinegar and pickled red chili together and keep the mixture aside. Heat 5 tbsp oil in the wok and add in chicken. Cook till the color changes to golden and them lower the flame. Then add in chopped green chilies, roasted chopped peanuts and prepared mixture in it. Cook it for some time and keep on stirring till the chicken is cooked through. Set the boiled rice in the serving platter and serve prepared Thai peanut chicken with rice.
