SCOTCH EGG


Ingredients:
  • Boiled Eggs 4-5
  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Wostershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Flour 1-2 tbsp
  • Green onion 1-2 sticks
  • Eggs (beaten) 1-2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  • Boil 4-5 eggs and cool them. Put 300gm chicken, 1 tbsp garlic paste, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp wostershire sauce, 1-2 tbsp flour, 1-2 green onion and salt to taste. Coat the boiled eggs in the paste and then dip it in the 1-2 beaten eggs. Coat it with bread crumbs and fry. Dish it out in a serving dish and garnish it with salad leaves and serve.
