SCOTCH EGG
Ingredients:
- Boiled Eggs 4-5
- Chicken boneless 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
- Wostershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Flour 1-2 tbsp
- Green onion 1-2 sticks
- Eggs (beaten) 1-2
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil 4-5 eggs and cool them. Put 300gm chicken, 1 tbsp garlic paste, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp wostershire sauce, 1-2 tbsp flour, 1-2 green onion and salt to taste. Coat the boiled eggs in the paste and then dip it in the 1-2 beaten eggs. Coat it with bread crumbs and fry. Dish it out in a serving dish and garnish it with salad leaves and serve.
