Salad Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- Yogurt 250 grams
- Cucumber 1
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 3
- Fresh coriander ¼ bunch
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Cotton cloth a piece
Method
- Make a pouch of 250 grams yogurt and hang it until excess water drain out. Then add 1 chopped cucumber, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 3 sliced green chilies and ¼ bunch finely sliced coriander and mix. Add salt to taste, 1 tsp chaat masala and 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and mix together. Salad Yogurt Dip is ready to serve.
