Salad Yogurt Dip


Ingredients
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Cucumber 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 3
  • Fresh coriander ¼ bunch
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cotton cloth a piece
Method
  • Make a pouch of 250 grams yogurt and hang it until excess water drain out. Then add 1 chopped cucumber, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 3 sliced green chilies and ¼ bunch finely sliced coriander and mix. Add salt to taste, 1 tsp chaat masala and 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and mix together. Salad Yogurt Dip is ready to serve.
