Roghni roti
Ingredients
- Wheat flour 250 gm
- Oil ¼ cup
- Milk ½ cup to make dough
- Salt ½ tsp
Method
-
Make into a dough with given ingredients keep covered for 30 minutes,
make balls, roll to a quarter plate size thick roti, prick with fork,
heat tawa make roti till golden brown.
