Ingredients
  • Flour 2 cup
  • Wheat flour ½ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
Method
  • Sieve flour and wheat flour, add salt and oil and knead into medium consistency dough with water, leave to rest for 30 minutes, make small balls, and roll into puris and deep fry.
