Ingredients
- Khoya ½ kg
- Sugar 250 gm
- Small cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Red food color 1 tsp
- Dry fruit ½ cup
- Clarified butter ½ cup
Method:
- In a pan add ½ cup clarified butter, 250 gm sugar and ½ kg khoya to suate. When it changes its color add ½ tsp cardamom powder to mix and cool it. Now separate them in two portions and add red color in one portion and make shape of leave. In the end garnish with ½ cup dry fruit and serve chilled.
