Ginger Steam Pudding


Ingredients:
  • 250 grams butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 100 grams flour
  • 150 grams bread crumbs
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp caramel color
Method:
  • Beat butter and sugar together. Then add eggs gradually and continue beating till its fluffy.Then add all the other ingredients and beat well.Then bake it on 200 C for 20-25 minutes.
