Ginger Steam Pudding
Ingredients:
- 250 grams butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 100 grams flour
- 150 grams bread crumbs
- 6 eggs
- 1 tbsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp caramel color
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar together. Then add eggs gradually and continue beating till its fluffy.Then add all the other ingredients and beat well.Then bake it on 200 C for 20-25 minutes.
