GARLIC POTATO WITH TANDOORI CHICKEN


Ingredients:
  • Chicken 1
  • Small potatoes ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 1 packet
  • Lemons 3
  • Green chilies 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
For potatoes:
  • Garlic (chopped) 6
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil to fry
Method:
  • Wash the chicken pieces and add in 1.2 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 packet tandoori masala, salt and 3 lemon juice. Boil it and when the water dries take some oil in the wok and add the prepared chicken in it. Fry the chicken and take it out and keep it aside. In the same oil add in chopped garlic and fry it till it is golden brown. Then add in the potatoes. Add in 1 tsp crushed black pepper, salt, roasted and crushes cumin seeds and lemon. put the chicken out in the dish and put garlic potatoes on its sides. Garnish it with green chilies and serve.
