Fish sandwich with tartar sauce
 

Ingredients
  • Fish fillet 4 made in square pieces
  • Salt 1 tsp leveled
  • Black pepper 1 tsp leveled
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp leveled
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Hot dog buns 4
  • Butter as required
  • Salad leaves 4
  • Tartar sauce 4 tbsp
Method
  • Marinate fish filler with salt, pepper and mustard, vinegar and flour, Wooster sauce and egg for 1 hour, roll them in bread crumbs, shallow fry, toast hot dog buns, spread with butter, salad leaves, fried fish fillet, top with tartar sauce, cover, serve with fries and ketchup.
Tartar sauce
 
Ingredients
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Pickled cucumber 1 tbsp chopped
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
  • Pickled onion chopped 1 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tsp
  • Egg white boiled chopped 1 tbsp
Method
  • Mix all together, serve with fish sandwich.
