Crispy chili beef
Ingredients
- Undercut thinly sliced ½ kg
- Salt ½ tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Egg 1
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp heaped
- Chili oil 2 tbsp
Ingredients for batter
- Flour 4 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Baking powder ¼ tsp
- Egg 1
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Water to make batter
- Oil ¼ cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 6 thinly sliced
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Spring onion 2 with leaves sliced in 1 inch slices
- Marinate undercut with salt, white pepper ½ tsp each, 1 egg, 2 tbsp corn flour heaped, sesame seed, chili oil and the prepared batter, mix well, deep fry for 10 minutes and brown.
- Mix Flour 4 tbsp, Corn flour 3 tbsp, Baking powder ¼ tsp, Egg 1, Oil 1 tbsp and water and add to marinate the undercut.
- Heat oil ¼ cup add crushed garlic, fry till light golden add in the crispy fried beef with green chilies, chili garlic sauce, oyster sauce, Wooster sauce, spring onion, coriander leaves, mix all well and remove.
