CHICKEN CHEESE FRIES
Ingredients:
- Chicken fingers ½ kg
- Mozzarella cheese 1 small packet
- Cheddar cheese 1 small packet
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Wash ½ kg chicken fingers and put in a pan. Add in 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and some salt. Cook it and dry the water. Cool it and add in 1 tbsp corn flour. Now take 2 eggs, grated mozzeralla cheese, grated cheddar cheese and ½ cup bread crumbs in a bowl and mix it. Dip in the chicken fingers and deep fry them till they are golden brown. Take them out in a tissue paper dry them and serve it with chili sauce.
