BUND GOBHI KI TARKARI
Ingredients:
- Chopped cabbage 1
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Mustard powder 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
- Nigella seeds 1 tsp
- Mustard oil ½ cup
- Lemon juice as required
- Green chilies 4
Method:
- Take some oil in the pan, then add in 1 chopped cabbage, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, salt 2 tbsp mustard powder, 2 tbsp crushed ginger and 1 tsp nigella seeds. Cook everything together and serve hot.
