BIHARI RICE
Ingredients:
- Boiled Rice 2 cups
- Green chilies 5-6
- Curry leaves 8-10
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take 3-4 tbsp oil in the pan and sauté 1 tsp cumin seeds, 8-10 curry leaves, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp red chili flakes and some salt in it. Add in 2 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp red chili flakes and some salt. Then add in 2 cup boiled rice, mix it and simmer. Add in 2-3 tbsp lemon juice, mix it, dish it out and serve.
