Avocado Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken breast chopped 2
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Spring onion 1
- Garlic chopped 2 – 3 cloves
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Avocado green 1
- Lemon juice 2 – 3 tbsp
- Lemon skin ½ tsp
- Milk ½ cup
- Cream cheese 2 – 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Method
- Cut chicken into strips, heat 2 tbsp butter in a wok, add 2 – 3 cloves of chopped garlic with chopped spring onion and sliced chicken. Sauté till color of chicken is changed.Now add lemon skin, 1 tbsp flour, salt to taste and crushed black pepper. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.Now add ½ cup milk and 2 – 3 tbsp cream cheese. Cook for 3 – 4 minutes till sauce thickens.Now turn the flame off and keep it aside.Now cut avocado into two. Remove the big seed. Cut avocado into slices and rub with lemon juice.Now arrange avocado slices in a platter, put chicken mixture into the centre and serve hot.
