Afghani Kabab in Tomato Gravy
Ingredients
- Mince 1 kg
- Tomato 1 kg
- Onion finely chopped 2 medium
- Green chilies chopped 10
- Oil or ghee 1 cup
- Crushed black pepper ½ tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Soak 1 kg tomatoes in hot water for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove skin and blend well.Chop 1 kg mince in chopper with salt to taste. Add in 2 chopped onion, 1 cup ghee, ½ tbsp crushed black pepper and 5 chopped green chilies. Mix well and make in to four big kabab.Fry well in greased pan, now cut into pieces and keep aside.Heat 1 cup oil in pan, add tomato paste, 5 chopped green chilies, salt to taste and black pepper powder. Add in kabab slices. Lastly add 2 tbsp ketchup. Simmer on low flame till done.Serve hot.
