Qeema Bharey Aloo
Ingredients
- Mince 250 gm
- Onion chopped 1
- Green chilies 1 – 2
- Lemon (juice) 1
- Beaten egg 2
- Potatoes (Boiled & mashed) 4
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Chaat masala ¼ tsp
- Flour ½ cup
- Coriander leaves ¼ cup
- Mint leaves ¼ cup
- All spice powder a pinch
- Oil as required
- Bread crumbs as required
Method
• Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 chopped onion and slightly fry.
• Now add 250 gm mince, 1 – 2 green chilies and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
• Now add salt to taste, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp turmeric, a pinch of all spice powder and ¼ tsp chaat masala.
• Cook till mince is tender.
• Now add lemon juice, chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
• Remove from fire and keep aside.
• Take a little mashed potatoe mixture in your hand, flatten on your palm. Top with a little mince mixture, stuff the mince inside and make into cutlet shape.
• Now coat in dry flour, dip in beaten egg and lastly coat with bread crumbs. Shallow fry till golden brown.
