Memni Sheer Korma


Ingredients:
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup crushed vermicelli
  • ½ cup almonds crushed
  • ½ cup pistachios crushed
  • 2 tbsp charoli
  • 2 dry dates sliced and soaked for 2 hours
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp green cardamom
  • ¼ tsp zafran
Method:

1. Heat ghee, fry vermicelli till golden.
2. Add milk cook for 5 mins, add sugar with all the rest ingredients. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Serve hot in cups.
