Memni Sheer Korma
Ingredients:
- 1 liter milk
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup crushed vermicelli
- ½ cup almonds crushed
- ½ cup pistachios crushed
- 2 tbsp charoli
- 2 dry dates sliced and soaked for 2 hours
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp green cardamom
- ¼ tsp zafran
Method:
1. Heat ghee, fry vermicelli till golden.
2. Add milk cook for 5 mins, add sugar with all the rest ingredients. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Serve hot in cups.
