Beef Pepper Mushroom


Ingredients
  • Beef undercut ½ kg
  • Button mushroom 6
  • Onion 1
  • Spring onion 2
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Flour 2 tbsp
Method
  • Cut ½ kg beef undercut into slices, marinate with salt to taste, a little black pepper, a little ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp flour.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add in 1 chopped onion and fry till golden brown.Then add 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 chopped spring onion leaves, salt to taste, 2 tbsp fresh cream, Worchester sauce and sliced mushroom. Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
  • Add in ½ cup water, cook till it comes to a boil. Add 2 tbsp roasted flour and cook till thickens. Dish it out and serve hot.
