Beef Pepper Mushroom
Ingredients
- Beef undercut ½ kg
- Button mushroom 6
- Onion 1
- Spring onion 2
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Flour 2 tbsp
Method
- Cut ½ kg beef undercut into slices, marinate with salt to taste, a little black pepper, a little ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp flour.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add in 1 chopped onion and fry till golden brown.Then add 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 chopped spring onion leaves, salt to taste, 2 tbsp fresh cream, Worchester sauce and sliced mushroom. Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Add in ½ cup water, cook till it comes to a boil. Add 2 tbsp roasted flour and cook till thickens. Dish it out and serve hot.
