Quick Sizzling Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken breast (sliced) 2
- Garlic 3 – 4 cloves
- Onion 1
- Ginger 1 piece
- Green chilies 2 – 3
- Whole Red chilies (boiled) 6 – 7
- Tomato 1
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Mitchells tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
Method
- Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 piece of chopped ginger and 3 – 4 cloves of chopped garlic. Fry well till golden brown.Now add 2 chopped chicken breast and fry very well till its color turn to golden brown. Turn the flame off.Blend together 1 onion, 1 tomato, 2 – 3 green chilies, 6 – 7 boiled red chilies and ½ cup of water, blend o a smooth paste.
- Now turn the flame on, cook chicken mixture on flame, add in ½ tsp chili powder, salt to taste, ½ tsp turmeric and 2 tbsp tomato paste. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.Now add in prepared paste, cover and cook on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes.Then remove the lid and fry well till water dries.Now heat a sizzling plate, put a little chopped onion and chicken mixture on it and serve.
