Paneer and Corn Pakora


Ingredients:
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cottage Cheese 200 gm
  • Corn ½ cup
  • Gram flour 2 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Onion 1
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Raw mango powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 2 tsp
  • Potatoes 1
  • Carom seeds a pinch
  • Soda bi carbonate a pinch
Method:
  • Mix 2 cup gram flour with water. Add in 1 chopped potato, ½ cup corn, 4 green chilies, 1 chopped onion, 2 tbsp green coriander, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 2 tsp red chili flakes, a pinch of carom seeds, a pinch of soda bi carbonate and ½ tsp salt. Mix everything. Heat the oil and make the pokoras with hand. Deep fry them till golden brown.
