Paneer and Corn Pakora
Ingredients:
- Oil to fry
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cottage Cheese 200 gm
- Corn ½ cup
- Gram flour 2 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Onion 1
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
- Raw mango powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
- Potatoes 1
- Carom seeds a pinch
- Soda bi carbonate a pinch
Method:
- Mix 2 cup gram flour with water. Add in 1 chopped potato, ½ cup corn, 4 green chilies, 1 chopped onion, 2 tbsp green coriander, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 2 tsp red chili flakes, a pinch of carom seeds, a pinch of soda bi carbonate and ½ tsp salt. Mix everything. Heat the oil and make the pokoras with hand. Deep fry them till golden brown.
