Murgh Chat Pata


Ingredients:
  • Chicken Karahi Piece ½ kg
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Red chili flakes ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • French Fries 1 cup
Method:
  • Marinate ½ kg chicken in 2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, ½ red chili flakes and 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and leave it for 2-3 hours. Take 4 tbsp oil in the pan and add the chicken in it. cook it on a low flame and cover the pan for half an hour. Then cook it on a high flame. when the color changes to golden brown dish it out sprinkle 2 tsp chaat masala and serve it with 1 cup French fries.
