Milky Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken breast ½ kg
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Garlic chopped 2 – 3 cloves
- Milk 300 ml
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped tomato 1
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Green chilies chopped 2 – 3
- Salt to taste
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Thyme ½ tsp
Method
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 2 – 3 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 chopped onion and chicken cut into cubes.Fry well till chicken is turn into golden brown color.Now add 300 ml milk and ½ tsp thyme, cook till thickens, lower the flame.
- In pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1 chopped tomato, ¼ bunch coriander leaves and 2 – 3 chopped green chilies.Sauté till all the vegetables are just tender.Stir the chicken mixture very well, turn the flame high and fry till water dries.
- Add in fried vegetables mixture. Also add salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and 1 tsp crushed red pepper.Mix well, dish it out and serve hot.
