Milky Chicken


Ingredients
  • Chicken breast ½ kg
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Garlic chopped 2 – 3 cloves
  • Milk 300 ml
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Green chilies chopped 2 – 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Thyme ½ tsp
Method
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 2 – 3 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 chopped onion and chicken cut into cubes.Fry well till chicken is turn into golden brown color.Now add 300 ml milk and ½ tsp thyme, cook till thickens, lower the flame.
  • In pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1 chopped tomato, ¼ bunch coriander leaves and 2 – 3 chopped green chilies.Sauté till all the vegetables are just tender.Stir the chicken mixture very well, turn the flame high and fry till water dries.
  • Add in fried vegetables mixture. Also add salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and 1 tsp crushed red pepper.Mix well, dish it out and serve hot.
