Lahori Murgh Fry
Ingredients
- Chicken whole 1
- Vinegar ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Dalda Cooking oil to fry
Method
- Make cuts on chicken with knife, marinate with ½ cup vinegar, 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp red chili powder overnight. Now drain out extra vinegar and deep fry in hot oil till it turn into golden brown color. Sprinkle 1 tbsp Chaat Masala and 4 tbsp lemon juice. Serve hot.
