Haray Masalay Ki Potali
Ingredients:
- Roll wraps 4
- Boiled corns 1 cup
- Boiled eggs 2
- Capsicum (chopped) 1
- Green chilies 2
- Chopped green onion 1
- Green chilies 2
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- All spice Powder ½ tsp
- Oil to fry
- Eggs 1
Method:
- Take 1 cup boiled corns, 2 boiled eggs, 1 chopped capsicum, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped green onion, 2 green chilies, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt and ½ all spice powder in a bowl and mix everything. Cut 4 roll wraps in to four pieces and put 1 tbsp mixture on each piece. Lift the corners of the wrap and close it with the help of egg. Fry them in hot oil till they are golden brown. Serve with chutney.
