Arabian Sizzling Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken breast boneless 2
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Onion half
- Baby onion 3
- Almond 25 gm
- Pistachio 25 gm
- Walnut 25 gm
- Raisin 25 gm
- Fresh cream 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Boiled peas ¼ cup
- Capsicum (juliennes) 1
- Green olives few
Method
- In a wok heat 3 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp garlic paste and 2 chicken breast sliced. Cook till its color turn to golden brown.Then add half onion sliced, ¼ cup boiled peas, 25 gm almond, 25 gm pistachio, 25 gm walnut, 25 gm raisin and 3 baby onion cut into halves, cook for 1 – 2 minutes.Now add salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper and 3 tbsp fresh cream. Cook for a few seconds and then turn the flame off.
- Add sliced olives and mix well.Now heat a sizzling plate, spread 1 capsicum cut into juliennes. Also add a few drops of oil.Then pour chicken mixture and serve hot.
