Arabian Sizzling Chicken


Ingredients
  • Chicken breast boneless 2
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Onion half
  • Baby onion 3
  • Almond 25 gm
  • Pistachio 25 gm
  • Walnut 25 gm
  • Raisin 25 gm
  • Fresh cream 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Boiled peas ¼ cup
  • Capsicum (juliennes) 1
  • Green olives few
Method
  • In a wok heat 3 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp garlic paste and 2 chicken breast sliced. Cook till its color turn to golden brown.Then add half onion sliced, ¼ cup boiled peas, 25 gm almond, 25 gm pistachio, 25 gm walnut, 25 gm raisin and 3 baby onion cut into halves, cook for 1 – 2 minutes.Now add salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper and 3 tbsp fresh cream. Cook for a few seconds and then turn the flame off.
  • Add sliced olives and mix well.Now heat a sizzling plate, spread 1 capsicum cut into juliennes. Also add a few drops of oil.Then pour chicken mixture and serve hot.
