Apple Crumble


Ingredients
  • Apple grated 3
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Lemon skin ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon ground ¼ tsp
  • Raisin 50 gm
  • Walnut chopped 50 gm
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 125 gm
  • Milk 300 ml
  • Custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Beaten egg 3
  • Vanilla essence few drops
Method
  • In a wok heat 300 ml milk, add 125 gm sugar, 2 pinch of cinnamon powder, few drops of vanilla essence and 3 grated apples.Cook till I comes to a boil, then add 2 tbsp custard powder and cook till custard thickens.Now add raisins and walnut, mix well.
  • Remove custard in a bowl, add 3 beaten egg, 1 tbsp lemon juice and ½ tsp lemon skin.Greased cake mold or pie mold with 1 tbsp butter. Pour prepared mixture in greased mold.
  • Pour 1 glass of water in oven tray, put mold in it and bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.Then remove from oven and serve cold.
