Anday walay Shami Kebabs
Ingredients
- 250 grams Bengal grams
- ½ kg mince
- 2 medium onions
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 large green chilies
- 6-8 dry red pepper
- ¼ bunch coriander
- ¼ bunch mint
- ¼ cup oil
- 4-5 garlic
- 1 medium ginger
- All spice powder as required
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a pan, heat oil to stir fry chopped ginger and garlic in it.Then add all spice powder, dry red chilli powder and green chillies in it and stir fry for 2 minutes.Now add sliced onions, mince and soaked Bengal gram with a glass of water in it and allow simmering to cook.After 15 to 20 minutes, check if grams are thoroughly cooked. If so increase flame and let the water evaporate.
- Now pour it into the chopped machine to grind until it forms a paste and pour it into a bowl. Add in chopped onion, coriander and mint in it and shape the mixture into kebabs.Now in a bowl, beat eggs and heat up oil in a pan. Dip formed kebabs in beaten eggs and then shallow fry them until golden brown from both sides. Once done, dish out and serve.
