Anday kay kabab
Ingredients
- Boiled egg 4
- Boiled potato 1
- Onion chopped 1
- Green chilies 2 – 3
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Mint leaves ¼ bunch
- Carrot 1 piece
- Egg beaten 1
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Oil for fry
Method
- Finely chop boiled eggs, now mix with 1 mashed potato.Add in 1 chopped onion, 2 – 3 chopped green chilies, ¼ bunch coriander leaves, ¼ bunch mint leaves and 1 piece of chopped carrot.Also add in 2 tbsp flour, salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper. Mix very well.
- Now make into small patties, dip each in beaten egg.Shallow fry till golden brown and crisp.
