Suji ka jama hua Halwa


Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Semolina
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1 ½ cup caster sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup ghee
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Kewra water
  • 1 cup sliced/chopped almonds pistachios
Method:
  • Heat ghee, add in semolina and fry on very low flame till it starts turning slightly pale brown.Add in desiccated coconut and almonds and pistachios.Stirring on very low flame stirring continuously.Add sugar, continue to cook add in milk and kewra.Mix quickly; pour in a grease tray, level well.Garnish with almonds, pistachios and silver waraq.Cut into pieces.
