Dawat e khas Musallam
Ingredients:
- Chicken 12 pieces
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp all spice powder
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 sticks cinnamon
- 2 bay leaves
- ½ cup oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 potatoes
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 3 green chilies
Method:
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin, all spice powder, salt and ginger garlic paste.Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon sticks and bay leaf.Now add marinated chicken. Cook it till tender and almost done.Then add onion, potatoes, bell pepper, mint leave and green chilies.Cook till chicken is tender and done serve garnished.
