Rice Noodles Chili Chicken
Ingredients
- Glass noodles ½ packet
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Chicken breast (juliennes) 2
- Red capsicum 1
- Green capsicum 1
- Garlic sliced 3 – 4
- Ginger sliced 1 piece
- Lemon skin ½ tsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Fish sauce 1 tbsp
- Peanut roasted 25 gm
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Spring onion 1
Method
- Soak ½ packet of glass noodles in lukewarm water.Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add 3 – 4 cloves of sliced garlic and 1 medium piece of sliced ginger.Fry till golden brown, add chicken breast cut into juliennes. Fry well till its color is changed.
- Now add 1 sliced red capsicum, 1 sliced green capsicum, 1 spring onion, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper powder.Mix for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Now add soaked glass noodles fry well on high flame.Dish it out, sprinkle with 25 gm roasted peanut and ½ tsp lemon skin.Serve hot.
