Oven Baked Chicken Roll


Ingredients
  • Chicken mince 400 gm
  • Rice noodles ¼ packet
  • Spring onion 1
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Carrot 1 medium
  • Egg 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Capsicum half
  • Samosa strip ½ kg
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Garlic 3 – 4 cloves
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • In chopper put together 400 gm chicken mince, 1 onion, 1 piece of ginger, 3 – 4 cloves of garlic, 2 green chilies, half egg and 3 tbsp corn flour. Chopperize finely and remove mixture in a bowl.Add in ½ cup oiled peas, 1 spring onion, half capsicum and 1 chopped carrot. Mix well.
  • Now put a little mince mixture on each samosa strip. Fold like a Swiss roll, brush edges with beaten egg and seal well.Put each roll in a greased oven proof tray.Brush top with a little oil. Then brush each roll with beaten egg.
  • Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes till golden brown.Remove and serve hot.
