Oven Baked Chicken Roll
Ingredients
- Chicken mince 400 gm
- Rice noodles ¼ packet
- Spring onion 1
- Onion 1 medium
- Carrot 1 medium
- Egg 1
- Green chilies 2
- Capsicum half
- Samosa strip ½ kg
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Garlic 3 – 4 cloves
- Ginger 1 piece
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- In chopper put together 400 gm chicken mince, 1 onion, 1 piece of ginger, 3 – 4 cloves of garlic, 2 green chilies, half egg and 3 tbsp corn flour. Chopperize finely and remove mixture in a bowl.Add in ½ cup oiled peas, 1 spring onion, half capsicum and 1 chopped carrot. Mix well.
- Now put a little mince mixture on each samosa strip. Fold like a Swiss roll, brush edges with beaten egg and seal well.Put each roll in a greased oven proof tray.Brush top with a little oil. Then brush each roll with beaten egg.
- Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes till golden brown.Remove and serve hot.
