Chili Potato Cheese Sausage
Ingredients
- Potatoes (boiled mashed) 2
- Leek chopped half
- Tomato chopped 1
- Onion chopped 1
- Spring onion chopped 1
- Egg beaten 1
- Green chilies chopped 3 – 4
- Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
- Mozzarella cheese ½ packet
- Bread crumbs 1 ½ cup
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method
- Finely chop 1 onion, 3 – 4 green chilies, half leek and ¼ bunch of parsley.Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add garlic paste and fry for few seconds.Now add all the chopped vegetables and cook for 1 – 2 minutes.Add in half cup bread crumbs, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 3 – 4 chopped green chilies and ¼ tsp black pepper powder. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Remove mixture in a bowl, add in 2 boiled mashed potatoes and mix well.Also add in ½ packet of grated mozzarella cheese and mix well.Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Mix with 1 tbsp corn flour.
- Make sausages with potato mixture. Dip in beaten egg. Roll each in bread crumbs and fry with oil as required.Fry till golden brown and crisp. Remove from oil and serve with ketchup.
