Gulab ka sharbat
Ingredients
- Sugar 750 gm
- Water 1-1/2 cup
- Arq-e-gulab 1 cup
- Red color a pinch
Method
- Mix sugar and water together in a saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes till slightly thick and syrupy.Remove from the stove. Add arq-e-gulab and red color.Mix well and allow to cool .Pour into sterilized bottles.
