Gulab ka sharbat


Ingredients
  • Sugar 750 gm
  • Water 1-1/2 cup
  • Arq-e-gulab 1 cup
  • Red color a pinch
Method
  • Mix sugar and water together in a saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes till slightly thick and syrupy.Remove from the stove. Add arq-e-gulab and red color.Mix well and allow to cool .Pour into sterilized bottles.
