Fish Penne Pasta with Cheese
Ingredients
- Penne pasta ½ packet
- Fish fillet 300 gm
- Capsicum 1
- Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
- Garlic chopped 3 cloves
- Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
- Fresh cream ¼ cup
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut 300 gm fish fillets into small cubes, boil ½ packet of penne pasta and keep aside.Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 3 cloves of chopped garlic and fry well till golden brown.Now add fish cubes and fry till its color is changed.Add ¼ bunch of chopped parsley, 1 chopped capsicum, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder and boiled penne pasta. Mix well.
- Lastly add 1 packet of grated mozzarella cheese. Mix well for 1 – 2 minutes. Remove in a serving dish and serve hot.
