Fish Penne Pasta with Cheese


Ingredients
  • Penne pasta ½ packet
  • Fish fillet 300 gm
  • Capsicum 1
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
  • Garlic chopped 3 cloves
  • Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
  • Fresh cream ¼ cup
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • Cut 300 gm fish fillets into small cubes, boil ½ packet of penne pasta and keep aside.Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 3 cloves of chopped garlic and fry well till golden brown.Now add fish cubes and fry till its color is changed.Add ¼ bunch of chopped parsley, 1 chopped capsicum, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder and boiled penne pasta. Mix well.
  • Lastly add 1 packet of grated mozzarella cheese. Mix well for 1 – 2 minutes. Remove in a serving dish and serve hot.
