Baklava


Ingredients:
  • Puff pastry dough ½ kg
  • Almonds ½ cup
  • Pistachios chopped ½ cup
  • Walnuts chopped ½ cup
Ingredients for sugar syrup:
  • Sugar ` `1 cup
  • Water ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Rose water 1 tbsp
Method:
  • Roll puff pastry into 8 inches square. Line 8 inches square pan with roll puff. Spread with chopped nuts. Put another layer of 8 inches rolled square puff. 
  • Give cuts into diagonal or squares. Bake on 250 C for 20 minutes.Remove and pour hot syrup over Baklava.
