Baklava
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry dough ½ kg
- Almonds ½ cup
- Pistachios chopped ½ cup
- Walnuts chopped ½ cup
Ingredients for sugar syrup:
- Sugar ` `1 cup
- Water ½ cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Rose water 1 tbsp
Method:
- Roll puff pastry into 8 inches square. Line 8 inches square pan with roll puff. Spread with chopped nuts. Put another layer of 8 inches rolled square puff.
- Give cuts into diagonal or squares. Bake on 250 C for 20 minutes.Remove and pour hot syrup over Baklava.
