Ginger spiced prawns
Ingredients
- Big prawns 1/2kg
- Crushed fresh red chilies 3
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Peanuts 25g
- Pistachios 25g
- Ginger 50g
- Crushed black pepper 1tsp
- Crushed red chilies 2tbsp
- Yogurt 3tbsp
- Chopped coriander 2tbsp
- Oil 3tbsp
- Salt as required
Method
- Finely chop the ginger, 25g of peanuts and 25g of pistachios. Also finely chop the fresh red chilies.Heats oil in a wok and sauté the garlic cloves. Add the ginger, 25 g of peanuts , 25g of pistachios and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the crushed red chilies and 3tbsp of yogurt.Now add ½ kg prawns and 1tsp crushed red chilies .Mix well.
- After 3-4 minutes add salt as required,1tsp crushed black pepper and 2tbsp chopped coriander.Lastly add 2tbsp of butter and serve.
