Ginger Masala Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- ½ kg chicken wings
- 125 grams yogurt
- ¼ bunch fresh coriander
- 1 medium piece of ginger
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp crushed cumin
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut ½ kg chicken wings into 2 pieces. In a pan heat 3 tbsp oil and sauté 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste until it turns golden brown. Then add chicken wings and stir together for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add 1 medium piece of ginger, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp crushed cumin, salt to taste and 125 grams yogurt. Stir together on low flame and allow cooking for 8 to 10 minutes. Then increase the flame and dry up excess water. Garnish Ginger Masala Chicken Wings with sliced coriander and serve.
